Only to send the texts you asked for about your estimate or project — appointment times, arrival windows, scheduling changes, replies and project updates — and to keep a record of your consent and opt-out choices.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We use Twilio, our messaging provider, only to deliver our messages. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards and keep it only as long as needed for your project and our legal obligations.
